Rory has decided to leave Juice Fm after 14 months with the radio station. During his time Rory took hours and reach up most quarters and is up year on year. He also successfully coached and developed a team of 14 specialist presenters. This comes at a time when Rory is housebound due to his recent shoulder surgery. Rory will therefore be recovering for 2 months before starting a new job, soon to be announced!

Rory Kay's latest demo is available on the player on this page. In 12 months, Rory has taken Juice Fm Drive up year on year in reach and hours. Drive now sits at the same reach as Juice Breakfast and has done for 2 sweeps (Sources: RAJAR Q1 2007, Q4 2007, @1 2008).

Rory is Head of Specialist Programming for Juice Fm's 14 specialist presenters. Alongside his drive show, he uses the rest of his time to coach, develop and establish new visions for 40% of the station's output.
